CareFlow is a clinical documentation productivity extension developed by Dr. Sadiq Alali to streamline follow-up workflows for healthcare professionals using the CareWare system. The extension provides a structured clinical follow-up form that helps organize patient information, clinical assessment, examination findings, medical and surgical history, treatment plans, investigations, and follow-up recommendations. Key features: * Full-page clinical follow-up workspace. * In-site CareFlow dashboard that opens directly within CareWare. * Direct insertion into the corresponding CareWare documentation fields. * Dedicated actions for CC & HPI, Examination, Past Medical History, Past Surgical History, and Treatment. * Past All Sections action to insert all generated sections in sequence. * Persistent form data when closing or reopening CareFlow. * Form data is cleared only after selecting Clear Form and confirming the action. * Responsive two-column layout designed for efficient clinical use. * Quick navigation and automatically generated clinical note previews. Privacy: CareFlow does not transmit form data to external servers. Information entered into the extension is stored locally within the user’s browser and remains available until the user clears the form. The extension accesses the CareWare website only to display the CareFlow launcher and insert the generated documentation into the appropriate fields. CareFlow is intended to support clinical documentation workflows and does not replace professional clinical judgment. CareFlow is an independent productivity tool and is not affiliated with or officially endorsed by the Ministry of Health or the CareWare platform.
