Careerlista Smart Apply

Fills your approved Careerlista application on any employer's job form. You review and submit; Auto can submit on some.

Careerlista Smart Apply fills employer application forms with an application you already approved in Careerlista (careerlista.com), so you never retype your details, upload the same résumé or answer the same questions twice. How it works 1. In Careerlista, a job's résumé and application package are prepared from your own Career DNA and approved by you. 2. Open the employer's application form on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby. 3. Press "Fill with Careerlista". The extension fills your name, contact details, résumé file and the answers from your approved package. You check every field and press the employer's Submit yourself. 4. In Auto mode (one credit per application), the extension presses the employer's Submit for you and keeps the confirmation page as your receipt. It stops, and uses no credit, whenever the form still needs you: a legal statement, a CAPTCHA, a password, a file or a question it does not know. What it never does - It never creates accounts, never stores your passwords for job sites and never accepts a legal statement for you. - It never touches LinkedIn or Indeed forms. - It only runs on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby application pages, and it only talks to careerlista.com. You need a Careerlista account. The extension is paired to your account with a one-time code from Careerlista's Smart Apply page, and you can disconnect it there at any time.
