No copy-pasting, no tab-switching, no starting from a blank page. What it does - Match Report — free. Click the floating button on any job page and CareerConcierge breaks down your main resume against the role: requirements met vs. missing, matched vs. weak vs. missing skills, recommended improvements, and an overall readiness score. It's the fastest way to decide whether the job is worth applying to and exactly what to strengthen if it is. - Tailored Resume — 4 credits. Generate a resume customized to the specific job description, highlighting the most relevant skills and experience from your CareerConcierge profile. Download as a polished PDF or open it in the editor for a final pass. - Cover Letter — 4 credits. Get a compelling, personalized cover letter matched to the role and company. The output reads like a thoughtful first draft — you tweak the parts that need your voice. - Application Answers — 1 credit per question. On multi-step application forms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Ashby, and others), the side panel extracts the open-ended questions and writes a high-quality answer for each one, grounded in your resume and the job description. Copy directly into the form, or refine with a single instruction ("make it more concise," "focus on leadership impact," etc.). How it works 1. Sign in once on careerconcierge.io. The extension picks up your existing session automatically — no separate login inside the browser. 2. Browse to any job posting as you normally would. 3. The CareerConcierge floating button appears on detected job pages. Click it to open the side panel. 4. Choose Match Report (free), Tailor Resume, Write Cover Letter, or Answer Questions. 5. Review the result, download a PDF, or copy answers straight into the application form. You can also click the toolbar icon at any time to open the side panel manually. What data we collect (and what we don't) When you actively use a feature on a job page, the extension reads the visible job description and (for Application Answers) the question text from the page you're on, and sends it to our Cloud Functions to generate a result with OpenAI. Generated documents are saved to your CareerConcierge account so you can find them later. We do not read or transmit any page content from non-job pages. We do not include third-party analytics SDKs in the extension. We do not share your data with anyone beyond what's required to generate the document you asked for.
