The extension sends the job posting's raw text directly; the separate parsing call that used to gate everything is gone from its path. HOW IT WORKS 1. Upload your resume once (PDF or text). It stays on your device. 2. Go to any job posting on LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Workday. The side panel reads the posting automatically — no copy-paste. 3. Click Tailor. In about 30 seconds you get a version of your resume rewritten for that role, a before → after match score, and a requirements matrix showing what you meet, partly meet, or miss. 4. Review every change in a word-level diff, then download the result as a PDF. On any other careers site, click "Read this page" and grant access to that site only. IT WON'T LIE FOR YOU career-path reorders, re-emphasizes, and surfaces keywords from your real experience. It never invents a title, a metric, or a skill you don't have. The gap analysis tells you honestly where you fall short instead of papering over it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your resume and the job posting are processed in-session and are not stored.
