Each eligible reminder appears as its own card with the dose, time, and completion status clearly displayed. Summary tiles at the top show how many items are done today and how many reminders remain, so you always know where you stand. Marking a dose as taken takes one click. Your medication log updates immediately in your CareClinic account, which means your adherence history stays accurate whether you check in from your desk, your phone, or the web dashboard later. No more wondering mid-week whether Tuesday's dose was taken. Optional desktop reminders act as a pill reminder right in your operating system. Choose exactly when Chrome should notify you: at the scheduled time, or 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes before. If you step away from your desk, the extension detects when you return and re-syncs your schedule so reminders stay accurate. Medication names are hidden in notifications by default for privacy, and you can choose to show them if you prefer. ================================================== SYMPTOM CHECK-IN & HEALTH DIARY ================================================== The Check-in tab is your daily health diary. Select one or more symptoms from your complete personal list. Each selected symptom expands to its own clear 1-to-10 severity slider and optional note, so a headache can be mild while fatigue is severe in the same check-in. Press Save and the extension groups every entry under the correct CareClinic care plan without dropping the individual values. The combined form lets you confirm medications taken AND record several symptoms together in a single check-in, which makes daily tracking feel manageable instead of burdensome. Free accounts can select up to five medications and five symptoms per check-in. When a sixth item is selected, the extension refreshes the authoritative subscription status before deciding whether to continue. Premium members can select more than five of either tracker type. The symptom list comes from your own CareClinic plan, so the extension reflects what you already track instead of imposing a separate catalog. Notes support up to 300 characters and stay attached to the check-in entry, giving your doctor real context at appointments instead of vague recollections from weeks ago. ================================================== HEALTH INSIGHTS & TRENDS ================================================== The Insights tab turns your last week of check-ins into a simple visual summary. Four cards show days with a check-in, medication completions, average symptom severity compared to the prior week, and your most frequently logged symptom. A bar chart displays daily symptom severity so you can see the shape of your week at a glance instead of scrolling through raw entries. Comparing this week against last week helps you notice improvement after a medication change, spot a pattern before a flare-up, or confirm that a rough patch was temporary. Trends are computed locally from your recent logs and are descriptive only; they help you observe, not diagnose. Free accounts get the summary cards and a locked chart preview. Premium removes the lock overlay and the five-per-tracker selection limit, while keeping the same medication and symptom data model. Once enabled: - Reminders fire at your chosen lead time: at the scheduled time, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes early - Generic notifications hide medication identity and show only the scheduled date and time by default - Toggle "Show medication names" if you want explicit names in the reminder text - Clicking a notification opens the extension straight to the Today tab for quick logging - Privacy-mode notifications are action-free because an unidentified medication must never be marked by mistake - When medication names are enabled, Mark as taken records the occurrence once and clears its alarm, while Snooze 10 min postpones it locally without a backend write - When you return to your computer after being away, the extension attempts to re-sync schedules before creating future reminders Reminders respect your privacy settings. If Chrome restarts after its in-memory dashboard is cleared, a due alarm first refreshes the CareClinic schedule. A temporary failure creates one bounded five-minute recovery alarm using only an encoded occurrence identifier and expected due time, not a medication name, dose, note, or account identifier.
