Overview

Securely connects CareBridge to authorized AWARDS progress-note reports in Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

CareBridge AWARDS Companion lets authorized human-services workers import an AWARDS progress-notes report into a visible CareBridge review draft. The worker signs in to AWARDS directly. The extension never enters or reads credentials, never bypasses MFA, and never creates, edits, signs, saves, or submits an AWARDS record. It requires one exact client match and uses the native AWARDS progress-notes report for the requested date range. The report moves directly between the authenticated AWARDS tab and cm.carebridge.cloud. It is not sent to the extension publisher, an analytics service, or the CareBridge build server. CareBridge requires the worker to review and explicitly approve any chart update. This extension is intended for agencies that have separately authorized access to both CareBridge and Foothold AWARDS.
