Overview

Capture, import, annotate, and organize screenshots in a private, searchable library that stays in your browser and on your device.

CaptureFlow helps you save screenshots and images, mark them up, organize them, and find them again later—all without uploading your library to a remote service. Capture the visible part of a page, select a specific region, save a full scrolling page, or import a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image from your device. Add notes and visual edits, then search your local Gallery when you need the image again. Key features: • Visible-area, selected-region, and full-page screenshots • Local PNG, JPEG, and WebP image importing • Crop, pen, highlight, shape, text, arrow, blur, and pixelation tools • Searchable notes, tags, projects, page titles, and URLs • Favorites, duplicate indicators, sorting, filters, and Trash • Compact, standard, and expanded Gallery views • Optional Gallery in Chrome’s side panel • Individual downloads and local ZIP exports • Optional one-way PNG, JSON, and Markdown copies in a Windows folder you choose Your working library stays in your current Chrome profile. CaptureFlow does not send your screenshots, imported images, page information, notes, tags, projects, or edits to its developer or a cloud service. There is no account, advertising, analytics, or remote image processing. Downloads, ZIP exports, and optional Windows folder copies are user-requested copies. CaptureFlow does not currently import or restore a library from those files. Immediately after installing CaptureFlow, Chrome may take a moment to activate the extension; if the first click does nothing, wait a few seconds and try again.
