Record once, insert anywhere — no copy-paste, no retyping. How it works 1. Record your consultation in the Captivet web or mobile app. 2. Captivet’s AI generates a structured SOAP note: Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan. 3. Open the Captivet side panel in Chrome while viewing a patient record. 4. Select a recording and click **Insert** — the note drops into the correct fields.
