Overview
Report videos without captions to the FCC and YouTube
The Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 requires that video programming that is closed captioned on TV in the US must be closed captioned when distributed on the Internet. If you find a YouTube video that you think should have captions but does not, you can use this extension to help you to report it to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and to YouTube's internal report system.
