)Overview
Record and transcribe any meeting — Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, Webex, or in-person calls via microphone.
CapitalCurve Transcribe turns any browser tab or in-room conversation into a searchable, speaker-labelled transcript. Built for advisory teams that live in meetings and can't afford to retype them. **Two recording modes, one click** - **Tab audio.** Record any meeting tab — Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom (web), Webex, GoToMeeting, custom-domain Meet rooms — without joining as a bot or installing per-platform add-ons. - **Microphone.** In-person meetings, phone-on-speaker calls, boardrooms. Australian-state consent reminder built in. **Speaker labels that survive the meeting** - Every speaker on the tab and in the room gets a stable label. - Voice fingerprints learn across meetings — once you rename `tab_0` to "Brad," every future recording auto-attributes Brad's voice without re-labelling. - Per-cluster confidence scores surface low-certainty matches so you can fix them at a glance. **Reliability built in** - Chunked upload survives flaky Wi-Fi, sleep, and Chrome restarts. A dropped connection mid-recording resumes from the last successful chunk, not from scratch. - Recordings stay in your browser's local storage until they're confirmed uploaded — no silent loss if the tab closes mid-flight. - A "Pending Recordings" page shows you exactly what's waiting, what failed, and lets you retry, download the raw audio, or discard with one click. - Session-expiry recovery: if your CapitalCurve login goes stale, the extension refreshes silently in the background instead of dropping the recording. **Where the transcripts go** - Authenticated against your CapitalCurve workspace. - Transcripts land in your CapitalCurve CRM with the meeting auto-matched to the right client (via attendees, calendar event, or Meet code). - AI-extracted action items, follow-up email drafts, and pipeline updates land alongside the transcript ready for your review. **Privacy & control** - Audio is captured in your browser and uploaded over HTTPS to your dedicated CapitalCurve workspace. No third-party transcription APIs see your data. - No analytics, tracking, or advertising data is collected by this extension. - Consent prompt before every microphone-mode recording — you confirm participants have agreed before audio capture begins. - One-click delete: remove a recording locally before upload, or revoke a stored voice profile any time from your CRM. **How it works** 1. Click the CapitalCurve Transcribe icon in your browser toolbar. 2. Choose **Tab audio** (active meeting tab) or **Microphone** (in-person). 3. Press **Start Recording**. A red dot pulses on the popup so you can see capture is live. 4. Press **Stop** when the meeting ends. The recording uploads in the background. 5. Open your CapitalCurve dashboard — the transcript, action items, and follow-up draft are waiting. **Built for** - Advisory firms that live in meetings and can't afford to retype them. - Founders, lawyers, and consultants who need every word on file without becoming a Zoom bot operator. - Teams already using CapitalCurve CRM who want every meeting auto-attached to the right client + engagement.
