Are you tired of manually typing your availability from Google Calendar? CalText lets you quickly select time blocks on Google Calendar and export them as clean, formatted text, perfect for sharing your availability over email, Slack, or text. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Google Calendar in week, day, or multi-day view 2. Click the CalText tab on the right side of the screen 3. Turn on Selection Mode 4. Click and drag to select available time blocks 5. Click Copy to copy your availability to the clipboard FEATURES • Click and drag to add time blocks • Click on a block to remove it • Works in week, day, and multi-day views • Customizable date/time format with live preview • Adjustable highlight color and opacity • 15 or 30 minute minimum time blocks • Bullet point or plain text output • Undo and Clear buttons • Selections persist across tab switches • Accumulate selections across multiple weeks PRIVACY CalText makes zero network requests. No data is collected, stored, or transmitted. Your settings are saved locally in your browser. Your selections are cleared when you close the tab. There is no analytics, tracking, or third-party code of any kind.
