Calmo: Site Blocker & To-Do List

)Overview
Removes distractions while you browse: blocks the sites that pull you away and shows your own to-do list in their place.
Calmo keeps the web calm while you work. It stops you opening the sites you have chosen to avoid, and shows your own to-do list in their place. WHAT THE INSTALL MESSAGE MEANS Chrome says Calmo can "read your browsing history". In practice: when a tab starts to open a page, Calmo compares its address with your block list, on your computer, then forgets it. Addresses are never saved or sent anywhere, and Calmo cannot see or change what is on any page. Chrome also says it replaces your new tab: that page is your own to-do list, nothing else, with no search box and no ads. CHOOSE WHAT TO BLOCK Add a site by hand, right-click any page, or start from a ready-made set: social, video, news, shopping, games. Moving from another extension? Import from JSON, CSV, TXT, XLSX or XLS, or paste it in. ON YOUR SCHEDULE Around the clock by default. Or pick your times: the same every day, or different day by day, so weekdays run nine to five and Saturday gets its own. NUCLEAR MODE Shut everything for an hour, a day or a week, with no way out until it ends. Nothing can be changed while it runs. The one thing you can still do is add another site, and it closes the moment you add it. FOCUS MODE A stretch of focus, then a break, repeated. It works in the time your schedule leaves open, so evenings can be focused too. A DAILY ALLOWANCE Give a site a few minutes a day outside your scheduled times. When they are spent, it stays closed until midnight. A TO-DO LIST WHERE IT COUNTS When you reach a closed site, Calmo asks the only useful question: since you are here, what actually needs to be done? Today and This week, and the same list on every new tab. SEE WHAT IT GAVE BACK How many times it stopped you, and roughly how much time that returned, worked out from your own visits rather than a number we invented. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no sign-up. What you block and what you write stay in your browser. Calmo sends anonymous usage counts, never a site or an address, and you can switch them off in Settings. It runs no scripts inside websites.
