Zoom lists only its desktop and mobile apps as able to show captions, and no browser extension can read a desktop application, so there is nothing for CallVocab to read. • MICROSOFT TEAMS: only Teams on the web. Some organizations disable live captions by policy; if yours does, CallVocab has nothing to read. • The built-in Arabic/Turkish word dictionary works offline but covers common vocabulary. Rarer words still get their full English definition. ━━ PRIVACY ━━ Your vocabulary, meetings and transcripts stay in your browser's local storage. Clicking a word sends only that one word to a free public dictionary API. Tapping 🌐 sends only that one caption line to a translation service — nothing is translated unless you ask for it, line by line. The 💡 expression notes are built into the extension and send nothing.
