CallKeep Connector

Works with Tekmetric. Puts CallKeep drop-offs on your calendar and keeps the CallKeep assistant off times you already have.

CallKeep answers the calls your shop misses, texts the caller back within seconds, and books their drop-off. If your shop runs on Tekmetric, the CallKeep Connector keeps the two in step. What it does: - Puts every drop-off the CallKeep assistant books into your Tekmetric calendar within a minute, with the customer, the car and the time. If the customer cancels, it cancels there too. - Watches your Tekmetric calendar the way you do, so the assistant never offers a time you already have. - Works through your own Tekmetric login on this computer. CallKeep never sees your password and never signs in to Tekmetric itself. - Talks to two places only: shop.tekmetric.com and callkeep.ai. - Fails safe. If this computer is off, bookings still reach you by text and email, and the Connector catches up when it is back. Setting it up takes a minute: press Set up the Connector on the Tekmetric card in your CallKeep Settings, add this extension, and press Pair this computer. Nothing to type. The Connector keeps a pinned Tekmetric tab open on its own. The Connector is for CallKeep customers. It does nothing without a CallKeep account, and you can disconnect it from your CallKeep Settings at any time.
