Overview

Email and phone finder: hover any company link to see their emails, phone numbers and profiles, read from their own website.

Calling Card is an email finder and phone number finder for any company website. It shows you how to reach the business behind a link, before you open it. Hold Option (Shift on Windows) while your pointer is over a link, and a small card appears beside it with the company's email addresses, phone numbers, social profiles, booking link and contact form, read straight from their own website. Click any line to copy it. It works on any page with links: search results, business directories, lists of suppliers, articles, newsletters and web email. WHAT THE CARD SHOWS - Email addresses, sorted by who reads them: sales, general, a named person, support, press, jobs. Each one says where it was published, such as the contact page or the footer. - Phone numbers, written the way the business writes them, with a button to call. - WhatsApp, booking links and online booking pages. - Their contact form when they prefer one to an email, and whether they run live chat. - Their social media profiles. - Their street address when the site publishes it. HOW IT FINDS THEM Calling Card reads the site the link points to the way a visitor would: the page itself, the home page, and the contact, legal notice, team and about pages it links to. It understands addresses hidden from spam robots ("name [at] studio [dot] com"), addresses scrambled by their web host, the business details sites publish for search engines, and sites built entirely with JavaScript. It follows short links and tracking links to the real site, and it leaves out junk: image file names, placeholder addresses, no-reply addresses and the web agency's credit in the footer. It only shows what the business itself publishes. There is no database of people behind it and nothing is guessed. And unlike an email extractor, which only reads the page you are already on, it reads the site behind the link, including the pages you would otherwise have to click through to find a contact. MEASURED ON REAL SITES We tested it on 116 real business websites in nine countries, from dentists and law firms to hotels and software companies. Wherever a person could find an email by opening the site and its contact page, Calling Card found it 97 times in 100, usually in under two seconds. It found the phone number on 95% of the sites that link one. A WHOLE PAGE AT ONCE Open the side panel on a directory or a page of search results and Calling Card lists every company linked there, then looks them all up together. Save the ones you want to your lead list, add notes, and export the list as a spreadsheet for Excel, or copy it straight into Google Sheets. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Sites are read without your cookies, so they see an anonymous visit. The few sites that build themselves with scripts are opened for a second in a background tab instead, which is a normal visit, and you can switch that off in the settings. - Everything you save stays on your computer. There is no account and nothing is sent to us. - Nothing is looked up until you ask for it, so the pages you browse are never read on their own. FREE, WITH PRO FOR HEAVY USE The free plan gives you five new sites every day with every detail on the card, and any site you have looked up before opens again instantly. Calling Card Pro is a single payment, not a subscription, and gives you: - Look up as many sites as you like - Save anyone to a lead list - Export your list as a spreadsheet - Every company on a page in one go - Look up links without holding a key
