Callifony for Chrome

The Callifony phone in Chrome's side panel, beside any web CRM: click-to-call on phone numbers and caller pop-up on your sites.

Callifony for Chrome puts your Callifony phone in Chrome's side panel, so you can call from any web CRM without switching tabs. You need a Callifony workspace account. Your admin chooses which sites the extension works on. CALL WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR CRM • The full Callifony phone in the side panel: dial pad, hold, mute, transfer, wrap-up and your agent status. • Click-to-call: a call button appears beside phone numbers on your workspace's sites. One click places the call. • Right-click a selected number and choose "Call with Callifony", or press Alt+Shift+C. • Search by name: type a customer's name in the dial pad. Callifony searches your contacts and your connected CRM, then fills in their number. KNOW WHO IS CALLING • Incoming calls show the caller's record from your connected CRM (for example a Zenoti guest: center, membership, points, last and next visit). • When several records share a number, you pick the right one. • Optional caller pop-up: the caller's page opens in your CRM when the call rings or is answered, as your admin sets it up. EVERY CALL LOGGED • Calls are logged to the right record in your CRM automatically: direction, duration, agent, outcome, notes and the AI call summary. SET UP IN A MINUTE • Sign in with your Callifony account. The side panel uses the same sign-in as your Callifony tab. • Allow the microphone once, in a tab the extension opens for you. • Admins can roll the extension out to a whole team with Chrome policy, with the workspace address already filled in. PRIVACY • The extension scans the pages of the sites your workspace allows for phone numbers, in your browser, to place call buttons. It does not send page content anywhere. • A number goes to Callifony only when you call it. • Caller details come from your Callifony workspace's own connection to your CRM, not from the pages you have open.
