ウェブサイトに表示されている電話番号をクリックすることで、ブラウザ上から手軽に発信できるようになります。 もしくは、Webサイト内の電話番号を右クリックでコールウィンドウを表示させられます。 通話して保存した内容は CallConnect の通話履歴として保存され、通話内容や録音などを後で確認することができます。 CallConnect について CallConnect は、サポート業務やインサイドセールスに最適なブラウザ電話システムです。 通話録音やIVR、外部のCRMサービス/チャットサービスとの連携機能もあり、電話対応が効率化されます。
