After completing calibration on Caliber, the extension analyzes job descriptions directly on LinkedIn job pages and returns a Caliber fit score based on the user’s calibration profile. For strong matches, users can open a concise breakdown that explains why the role fits, where the stretch areas are, and the bottom-line read on alignment. The goal is to help users scan more efficiently, focus on high-fit opportunities, and avoid wasting time on poor matches.
