Overview
Turn a dropped calendar file into a timesheet. See billable hours per category for any week, right beside your calendar.
Your calendar already knows where your week went. Calendar Timesheet reads it and gives you the total. Export your calendar, drop the file into the side panel, and Calendar Timesheet turns the events you already scheduled into a timesheet: hours per category for the range you choose. No timer to start and stop, no reconstructing the week from memory on a Friday afternoon. What it does Totals your hours for a period you choose, grouped into categories you define Marks time billable or non-billable, so an invoice line is one glance away Works with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar exports alike Exports a CSV for invoicing, reporting or payroll Shows a sample week the moment you open it, so you can see the output first What it reads, and what it does not Calendar Timesheet asks for no account, no password and no connection to your calendar provider. It reads the file you give it, in your browser, and contacts no server at all — there is nothing to revoke, because nothing was ever granted. Who it is for Freelancers, consultants, agencies and anyone billed by the hour whose calendar is already the record of the work. Calendar Timesheet is part of WorkAlio, a small set of tools that remove everyday busywork. Privacy policy: https://workalio.app/privacy
