Overview

Delete, move or reschedule multiple Google Calendar events at once, and remove duplicate events after an import. Undo included.

Google Calendar only lets you change one event at a time. Calendar Bulk lets you select hundreds of events and delete, move, reschedule or recolor them together. Remove duplicate events Imported a calendar file twice, or synced Outlook and ended up with every event doubled? Click "Select duplicates": it finds events with the same title and the same start and end time in the same calendar, keeps one of each and selects the extra copies. Check the list, delete them in one go, and use Undo if anything looks wrong. Delete or edit multiple events at once Pick a calendar and a date range, narrow it down by title, color or who organized it, tick the events you want (shift-click selects a range), and then: • Delete them: an old class, a cancelled project, every event with the same name • Move them to another calendar you can edit • Reschedule them by minutes, hours, days or weeks (a 9:00 meeting stays at 9:00, even across a clock change) • Recolor them so a group stands out Careful by default • Undo the last change with one click • Guests aren't emailed unless you choose to tell them • Events you were invited to are only removed from your own calendar Private by design Calendar Bulk talks to Google Calendar straight from your browser. Your events are never sent to us or anyone else. Works with any Google account, including work and school accounts that allow third-party apps, in Chrome, Edge and Brave on desktop. Try it free on your first 30 events. Unlimited is a one-time $9 purchase. Not affiliated with Google. Google Calendar is a trademark of Google LLC.
