Add a custom background image to Google Calendar

Calendar Background Setter is a background enhancement tool designed specifically for Google Calendar, allowing you to change your calendar interface and add a personalized background image. The extension offers two settings: 🖼️ Enter image URL — Supports any publicly accessible image link. 📁 Upload local image — Select an image from your computer; it will be automatically converted to basic 64-bit format. After applying the background, the Google Calendar page background will be replaced with your selected image, and all calendar grids and panels will become semi-transparent, ensuring that text and schedule content are clearly visible. Clicking "Remove Background" will restore the default interface with one click. The extension is developed based on Manifest V3, with streamlined permissions. It only requests local storage permissions to save the background image settings and does not collect any user data. All images are stored only in your browser and are not uploaded to any server.
