Caissa is a chess study companion that works right on the board while you play or review games on lichess.org and chess.com. • A real Stockfish 18 engine runs locally in your browser and draws a clear arrow for the strongest move, plus a live evaluation bar showing who's winning. • A friendly coach explains the position and its key ideas in plain, everyday language — no jargon. • Tune the engine to your level: adjust search depth, skill level, or cap its strength to a chosen rating so suggestions feel human. • Customize the look: arrow color and thickness, evaluation bar position, and whether hints only appear on your turn. Perfect for training against the computer, reviewing your own games, or learning why a move works — not just what it is. Privacy-first: all engine analysis happens on your device. No account is required, no gameplay data is collected, and nothing about your games is sent anywhere. Note; Caissa collects no personal data. Board positions are analyzed locally on the user's device. If the user sends feedback through the built-in suggestion box, only the message text (and an optional, voluntarily provided email) is stored to allow a reply.
