Transferring accounts

Hi there, this extension works wonderfully, but I was wondering if there was a way to transfer an entire account (personas, liked characters, all chats etc) across to a different one without having to go through and individually download/import each and every chat.

I recently had a bot be deleted from me in c.ai and I was told about this extension but its showing me that its unavailable? I'm so confused 😭

Transferring from one account to the other

Good morning/afternoon/evening to whom it may concern, and happy holidays! I was wondering if there is a way to transfer chats from one account to another. My current account is having problems in c.ai due to the new "update", constantly being flagged and such, so I made a new one, but don't want to lose all my chats. If this extension doesn't have that functionality, is it possible for it to be added? Please take your time responding, I'm sure you're very busy, but any help is appreciated. Once again, happy holidays, and thank you so much for your help!

time limits.

Why does the text on the keyboard suddenly appear that there is a 24-hour time limiter? Is this some kind of joke? All bots are in this timing. why did it suddenly appear?

does not log in to the website

when I try to access the site, I get a notification that the error is on the client side, I tried everything, nothing helped.

Will importing a chat to another bot keep the bot from updating chats accordingly?

Hey there, really big fan of the extension and has proven very very helpful. But I've been wondering if I import a chat from one bot to another bot I've made, it updates the times the bot has been chatted with by others to the number of chats I had with that other bot accordingly to how many messages were send back to forth and I've been wondering if importing a chat to that bot will keep the bot from updating accordingly to how chats with a bot. To put it a little more simply. If a bot goes from 400 or so chats before, updates to 6403 chats when imported, will it ever go up whenever someone chats with it again or will it stay at 6403, and if it's the latter. Will it get updated to fix it in the near future?
Sorry if that was confusing I tried to keep it simple.

Offline history/chat not working

Hi! Thank you so much for this extension! I've been having a problem, though. I'm trying to download my history/chat and I get "Data doesn't exist or not ready. Try again later." What's going on?

I'm dumb and newbie 🙂

Hey there, I have been using c.ai app on mobile and now that they have decided to shutdown the old website I'm afraid some of my bots creater might remove their accounts. I want to save and basically download my chats but I don't have a proper instruction or any tutorial on how to use this in mobile app. So if you can be kind enough to help me in this problem, I will really appreciate it. Question about the extension

When using this extension, can you download the characters, conversation, and other stuff under the format of Agnaistic - agnai.chat. If you haven't already, can you please do it? I would like to take everything over to Agnai. Thank you.
