CAELIS Deck fills your hotel guest form from a driver's license or ID scanned on your phone — no retyping. How it works 1. Scan a guest's ID in the CAELIS app on your phone. 2. Tap "Send to Deck." The scan travels to your front-desk computer, end-to-end encrypted. 3. On the guest form, click CAELIS Deck (or press the shortcut) and the fields fill themselves — first name, last name, middle initial, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP, and the ID/document section. Built for the front desk • Works with any browser-based property-management system — it matches guest forms by field. • Reads the guest details from the CAELIS Deck helper running on the same computer — nothing is typed, nothing is re-keyed. • The scan is end-to-end encrypted from phone to computer; only your computer can open it.
