Overview

Adiciona atalhos nos trâmites do SGD para cadastrar relatórios no Painel de Relatórios N2.

Extensão de uso interno que integra o SGD (Sistema de Gestão de Demandas) ao Painel de Relatórios N2. Na tela de uma Solicitação de Suporte (SS) do SGD, a extensão adiciona um atalho em cada trâmite, permitindo marcar trâmites como "Valor" ou "BGR" e cadastrar o relatório correspondente diretamente no Painel de Relatórios N2, sem digitação manual. A extensão também sinaliza, na própria SS, quando já existe um relatório cadastrado para aquela solicitação. Como funciona: 1. Abra uma SS no SGD. 2. Clique na estrela (★) ao lado do trâmite e marque como "Valor" ou "BGR". 3. Abra o popup da extensão e confirme os dados (nome, tempo, módulo, anexos). 4. O relatório é cadastrado automaticamente no Painel de Relatórios N2. Observação: esta é uma ferramenta corporativa interna. Ela se comunica apenas com o servidor do Painel de Relatórios N2 da equipe e com as páginas do SGD. Não é útil para o público geral.
