Tried this out tonight to get a lot of geocaches loaded on my Garmin etrex 10 and Nuvi 50. Both worked great! It even correctly formatted the logs, descriptions, and hints!

It works preety well well but it doesn't work with open source version of garmin communiucator :(. However you can bypass this by saving gpx files on your GPS manually.
