Overview

Clear all browsing data for the current site with one click.

Cache Clear A Chrome extension that clears all browsing data for the current site with one click. Overview Clears all browsing data for the current tab's site only. Unlike most cache-cleaning extensions, this one targets the current site only. This is particularly useful when developing and testing a web app. With this extension, clearing browsing data no longer affects your experience on other websites. To use it, simply click the extension icon in the toolbar. The icon plays a colorful confetti animation while clearing data. When the animation stops, the page automatically refreshes with a clean cache. What Gets Cleared - HTTP Cache - Cache Storage - Cookies - File Systems - IndexedDB - Local Storage - Service Workers Installation 1. Open Chrome and navigate to `chrome://extensions/` 2. Enable **Developer mode** in the top-right corner 3. Click **Load unpacked** 4. Select the extension directory Usage 1. Browse to any website 2. Click the extension icon in the toolbar 3. Watch the confetti animation on the icon 4. The page automatically refreshes when the animation completes Notes - Chrome internal pages (`chrome://`, `chrome-extension://`, etc.) are silently ignored - Only HTTP/HTTPS sites are supported - The extension uses Manifest V3 with a service worker
