Byline by Revision History is a sidebar for Google Docs that helps students prove their writing is really their own. If a teacher enables AI coaching for a given assignment, every 50 words (or as set by a teacher) students receive guardrailed, transparent, and responsible AI feedback on their writing. The extension also logs what sites students visit and extensions active in the background while the Byline-enabled Google Doc is open, so teachers can see their students' full writing process -- not just what happened inside a Google Doc, but outside too. Byline helps students provide proof of authentic work. Byline by Revision History is meant for students at participating schools. Sign in with your school Google account to get started.
