This is definitely a smart and innovative way to steer the user back onto track after they begin to get tired. Especially perfect for someone like me who always relies on Youtube after I write a couple words into my document. Very simple, easy to use, works as expected!

This extension has changed my relationship with addicting social media like Facebook and Twitter... I hardly go on them at all anymore! Love that you have the ability to block certain websites, as opposed to grey-scaling the whole GUI!
