BuyMap eBay Extension

Extract product identifiers from eBay listings and link to BuyMap product pages

This extension supercharges your eBay shopping by connecting you to comprehensive price comparisons and product data through the BuyMap app. THE PROBLEM eBay shows you listings one at a time, and search results can be hit or miss when you're looking for a specific product. Finding the best deal means searching multiple times, comparing prices and shipping across sellers, and hoping you caught all the options. It works, but it takes longer than it should. WHAT THIS DOES The extension grabs product identifiers (UPC, EAN, ISBN, EPID, MPN) from eBay listings and sends them to BuyMap, where all matching listings get pulled into one page. Instead of browsing scattered results on eBay, you see everything in one organized view. On search results pages, you'll see "BuyMap" buttons. Click one and it opens BuyMap with all sellers offering that product, with prices, conditions, and shipping costs aggregated on a single page ready to compare. On individual listing pages, click the extension icon to see a popup with available identifiers. Not every listing has all of them. You might see UPC, ISBN, EPID, MPN, or just a couple. Choose which one to search with and BuyMap will pull all matching listings into one view. You can also toggle on the side panel to see identifiers at the bottom of the page. WHAT YOU GET ON BUYMAP All listings for the same product on one page. Filter quickly by price, condition, shipping, seller rating, or location. Sort however you want. See the actual price range across the market so you know if you're getting a decent deal. WORKS BEST FOR Products with standard identifiers like electronics, books, collectibles, and branded items. If a listing has a UPC, ISBN, or manufacturer part number, you're set. If it doesn't have identifiable codes, there won't be much to aggregate. REQUIREMENTS & PRICING The extension is free. You'll need a free BuyMap account for full features. BuyMap's free tier gives you 10 searches per day (20 if you're logged in). Paid plans available if you need more daily searches.
