Overview

Spend less time checking feeds. Get keyword alerts and review relevant posts and potential customer requests in one inbox.

Your next customer may be asking for a recommendation in a feed you have not checked. BuyerSpotter helps you find matching conversations across Facebook groups, LinkedIn, X and Nextdoor, then review them in one inbox. Spend less time repeating searches and more time deciding which requests are worth a response. ### Find the requests that fit your business Add the services, products and phrases people use when they need what you offer. You might start with a specific service, such as "need an accountant" or "recommend a designer", then refine your search as you review the results. Exclude words that bring in unrelated posts. BuyerSpotter checks your chosen sources on a schedule and brings matching posts together. It is for people who already look for opportunities in social conversations and want a more manageable way to keep up. ### Choose where you look Select the Facebook groups you want to monitor or add their links. On LinkedIn and X, use your saved phrases to look for relevant posts. Set a Nextdoor search distance to focus on the area you serve. BuyerSpotter uses the social accounts signed in to your Chrome profile. It can only work with content those accounts can access. Selecting a group or changing the distance does not unlock private content, additional neighborhoods or sources you cannot normally view. ### Review the context, not just the keyword See the matching phrase and original post before deciding whether to respond. Filter your inbox by network and use buying-intent labels to prioritize your review. Save useful posts, add notes and keep track of whom you have contacted. Export your results to CSV when you want to work with them elsewhere. A matching phrase is a starting point, not proof that someone will buy. You stay in control of whom to contact and what to say. ### Get alerts where they help Choose desktop notifications, with optional sound, or connect Telegram. You can also send alerts to a compatible HTTPS webhook integration. External channels need to be configured and enabled. A compatible webhook can route alerts to a team tool such as Slack. Setup may require a workflow that maps the payload; BuyerSpotter does not provide native Slack sign-in. Choose alerts for new matches or only posts labeled as buying intent. Desktop notifications depend on your browser and device settings. Sound can be affected by mute or Do Not Disturb settings. If you enable an external channel, selected match details are sent to the destination you configure. ### Frequently asked questions **Does BuyerSpotter use AI to identify buyers?** Buying-intent labels use rules that run in your browser, not AI. They help you sort posts, but they do not verify a person's identity, budget or readiness to buy. **Does it post or reply for me?** No. You review the conversation and decide whether to respond. BuyerSpotter does not automatically publish posts or send replies. **Does monitoring run when Chrome is unavailable?** Scanning is scheduled, not continuous. Chrome must be available, and the relevant social accounts must remain accessible. Network conditions and source availability can affect checks. BuyerSpotter is not an always-on cloud monitor and cannot guarantee that every relevant post will be found. **How does the trial work?** A BuyerSpotter account is required. Your five-day trial starts with your first successful scan, and no card is required to try it. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue monitoring. You can still read and export the results already stored in your Inbox. Check the current plan and terms before subscribing. **Where can I learn about setup and data handling?** Use the setup guide or contact page for help, and read the privacy policy for data handling. Review what each external destination receives before connecting it.
