BuyerIQ adds an instant property intelligence overlay to every listing on Daft.ie and MyHome.ie. No more guessing what a property is actually worth or what's around the corner. WHAT YOU SEE ON EVERY LISTING ▸ Fair value estimate Powered by 775,000+ Property Price Register sales records and a valuation model trained on the Irish market. Compares the asking price against what comparable properties have actually sold for. ▸ Comparable sales nearby Real sold transactions from the same area, ranked by similarity. Sale date, sold price, address, distance — all in one place. ▸ Area intelligence Flood risk, air quality, school distance, transport links, planning applications and more — every figure taken from published Irish government data. ▸ Verdict A clear "underpriced / fairly priced / overpriced" call backed by reasoning, so you walk into every viewing knowing exactly where you stand. ▸ Price drop alerts Save properties to your watchlist and the extension will check them every 12 hours. When something drops, you get a badge on the icon and the new price. WHO IT'S FOR First-time buyers, investors, and anyone who's tired of bidding blind on the Irish property market. No more "guide price plus 10%" guesswork. DATA SOURCES Everything shown comes from published Irish government data — the Property Price Register for sold prices, national flood mapping for flood risk, official energy ratings for BER, and the national rent index for rental figures. We never invent numbers; every figure is traceable to the body that published it. FREE VS PRO The extension is free to install and use. The free tier gives you fair value, comparables, and the headline area scores on every listing. The Buyer’s Pass (€79 / 3 months) unlocks the full breakdown — exact deprivation scores, full school lists with ratings, complete planning history, suggested offer ranges, and unlimited daily lookups.
