Ask Buoy works right in Chrome. Open the side panel and tell it what to do on the web. It opens its own tab and does the task with real clicks while you watch. Ask it to find something, fill out a form or check your site. Before it clicks or types on a site for the first time in a chat, it asks you. You can always allow sites you trust, turn the questions off, or switch on Just look so it only reads. Ask Buoy runs on your Buoy plan's weekly credits, so you sign in with your Buoy account. How it keeps you safe: - It only uses tabs it opened, plus tabs those tabs open. It can't see or use your other tabs. - It never types passwords, codes or card numbers. You type those. - It asks before it clicks a button that can buy, send, post or delete something, every time. - Buoy's tabs use your Chrome profile, so they have your sign-ins. - Chrome shows a "debugging" bar while it works. Click Cancel and it stops. It also works with your AI coding tool. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and VS Code can use Buoy's tabs too. Run `npx -y @buoy-gg/mcp@latest init --web` once on a Mac.
