BulkBooks adds the bulk actions Xero doesn't have. If you look after invoices in Xero, you know the routine: open an invoice, change the due date, save, go back, open the next one. BulkBooks lets you select many invoices at once and update them together. Xero's own Approve, Delete and Print buttons follow your selection. • Quick filter: type to filter the list you are looking at, instantly, without reloading. • Reconciliation progress: see how many bank statement lines are left to reconcile. Invoices without a match are left untouched. SAFE BY DESIGN • Uses Xero's own invoice editor, one invoice at a time, exactly as you would by hand, then confirms each change against Xero's list. • Asks you to confirm before any change. Approved invoices, which Xero does not allow to be edited, are skipped and reported. • Your invoices stay in Xero. BulkBooks never sends your accounting data anywhere. Only your licence is checked.
