The service is tricky to understand if you are using iMessage. Fortunately there is plenty of help documents and videos to watch. If thats not enough they have a support email that is extremely useful and extremely quick to respond. I had Brian helping me and was always able to get my questions answered.

The only thing I would change is it supporting attaching a photo as well.

BulkTexterPro is amazing. I was looking for an efficient way to message multiple people at once while tailoring each message to the individual, and BulkTexterPro has delivered just that. It has literally saved me hours of copying and pasting text messages to my clients. The interface is user-friendly, and it runs smoothly without any glitches. Overall, it's been a great chrome extension. 👏 Hats off to the developer.
