The extension works directly on Outlook web (outlook.live.com / outlook.office.com). You can export: a) The email you’re currently reading, or b) Multiple emails selected in the message list (they’ll be opened one by one and saved as separate PDFs). To export a single email: open the message, then click “Export as PDF” in the top bar. To export multiple emails: in the message list, select all the conversations you want (via checkboxes), then click “Export as PDF”.
