Hi, Wow. This is amazing. Removing the URL limit will be great. I have a series of images, all end with NATIVE.JPG. How can I name them as the number in the URL: The filename to end with 0001, 0011, 0012, 0013, 0014, 0015_native.jpg these are the URLs: /iiif/ebr.573_0001_al_piatto.anteriore.jp2/full/3022,/0/native.jpg /iiif/.ebr.573_0011_fa_0001r.jp2/full/3022,/0/native.jpg /iiif/.ebr.573_0012_fa_0001v.jp2/full/3022,/0/native.jpg /iiif/.ebr.573_0013_fa_0002r.jp2/full/3022,/0/native.jpg /iii... That would be a very unique way. We made the constructor very dynamic but it's still not perfect to cover all the possibilities. They are honestly many but we are working hard to make it as flexible as it can possibly get. For your case, the sequence in the filename is mixed up which makes it a bit difficult to extract that part, at least with the current capability. However, this is some capability we would want to add with your assistance if you would provide us the full urls through the contact form on our website. If the sequence must be maintained as in the urls you have, it would be tricky. The closest you would get is using the sequence, the underscore and the filename which would result in something like 1_native.jpg, 2_native.jpg, 3_native.jpg etc. If you would share the complete urls through our website, we would love to add that dynamism. In your case we would love to improve the sequence aspect so that it can accomodate preceding zeros and the sequence numbers. I know for sure this would improve the sequence aspect. Also so that if for example my urls follow a specific format such as yours, we can allow you to pick what you want to retain from all the URLs, as long as they have a matching pattern such as your case. Thank you for the kind words. They motivate us to keep improving the extension so that it serves more people.

Hi Danstan Ongubo It's a great image downloader. but I've also realized that there's a limit of 50 downloads. So scheduling the job overnight wont work beause it stops at 50 URL's. Please remove the limit.

The Limit of 50 images - The popup is the one that has the restriction of 50 images. However, we have heard you. We are going to make the limit optional. That means you can choose to download in batches or let it run wild. The reason we had the restriction is so as to allow you to continue doing other things. If you have for example 1k images downloading at one go, the browser might lag. But so that this serves everyone - those with good PC resources and those without, we will still have the limit (optional) so that if your PC lags with 1k images for example, you can scale down to a comfortable value, or completely remove the limit if your browser is able to handle it. Here's the fun part most people are missing. The extension's schedule option in the options page allows you to add as many tasks as you want. Then you can schedule each task to run, say after say 5 minutes for each one of them. For example, we can have task with id X run at 12:00am, the next task after 5 minutes at say 12:05am and so on. You can set each task to have say 500 image urls. Doing it like this, you can have the extension download even 50k images overnight as you sleep. That's 500 images every 5 minutes, 6000 images every hour, and after 8 hours of sleep 48,000 images. That said, we are currently working on the limit to make it optional. The one thing that is and will always make this extension unique, if the level of "freedom". That is why we created the Filename Constructor for example because we realized we were having different requests everyday, and now the File Constructor is clay, just mold whatever you want! And we hope we can add more of the clay

Awesome! Effective and easy to use! I have 2 issues: 1) No Prefix or suffix button. 2) seems to have a limit of downloading only 50 images. I pasted 300 URL's, but only 50 will download.

1. The Prefix and Suffix is there. We just added an input in the File Constructor to help you do it dynamically. This means you can easily add a Prefix and/or Suffix anywhere within the filename. Use the "Add New" Option from the dropdown in the filename constructor. 2. The Limit of 50 images - The popup is the one that has has the restriction of 50 images. However, we have heard you. We are going to make the limit optional. That means you can choose to download in batches or let it run wild. The reason we had the restriction is so as to allow you to continue doing other things. If you have for example 1k images downloading at one go, the browser is going to lag. But so that this serves everyone - those with good PC resources and those without, we will still have the limit so that if your PC lags with 1k images, you can scale down to a comfortable value, or run with it if it's working for you.

Glad to hear!

Works great! FYI: Once you select an option under "Filename Contructor", make sure you click on the "Add" button right next to it. Otherwise it'll only download the image from the first URL in the list (i.e. only 1 image gets downloaded). Or at least it did for me - took me a minute to figure out why!

This tool worked perfectly previously and exactly what I need. I can configure a list of URL and download in bulk. Somehow after the recent update it stopped working for me. The new feature of file name configuration is great but now when I clicked download, or Zip it! Nothing happens. The URL is ending with /0001.jpg Any hints what might cause the problem?

Thank you for reaching out Stanley via the support form. We fixed the issue and thanks for the URLs you gave. They were helpful in troubleshooting the issue. The new version has been rolled out you may check it v1.8.
