Bulk Email Scheduler for Gmail
Overview
Schedule bulk email from Gmail using drafts and Gmail API with optional delivery insights.
Bulk Email Scheduler for Gmail is a productivity extension that turns Gmail into a bulk send, mail-merge, and scheduling workspace- without leaving your inbox. Work from Gmail drafts, pull recipients from CSV, Excel, or Google Drive, or paste a list of addresses. Send now, create drafts only, or schedule sends for later. Use the in-Gmail sidebar, toolbar popup, and full dashboard to see what is queued, scheduled, and recently sent. Key features Bulk and mail-merge from Gmail - separate message per recipient (recipients are not exposed to each other on the To line). Recipient sources - Upload CSV or Excel, choose a file from Google Drive, or paste email addresses (optional shared subject for pasted lists). Merge tags - Personalize content from spreadsheet columns where your flow supports it. Actions - Send now, create drafts only, or schedule with a date/time. Attachments - Add files or folders; optional per-recipient matching when filenames include an email address. Reply at scale - Reply to sent messages in bulk: pick sent items, choose new thread or same-thread follow-up, then create drafts or send. Automatic follow-ups - Multi-step follow-up sequence with stop when a reply is received; optional test mode (minutes instead of days) for safe testing. Dashboard & popup - Pending queue, recent sends, and quick access to the full dashboard tab.
