Overview

Mass delete Google Photos in batches to free up storage. Dry-run preview, typed confirm, stop control, no limits, no network.

Bulk Delete Google Photos is a small, local tool for clearing out a Google Photos library fast — mass-selecting and deleting thousands of photos and videos in batches, because Google's own interface makes it impractical to select that many by hand. Google Photos has no "select all" or "delete everything" button, and dragging to select tens of thousands of items is slow and error-prone. This extension adds a side panel to photos.google.com that automates the exact clicks you would otherwise make yourself: select a batch, press Delete, confirm, wait for the grid to reload, and repeat — so you can empty an account, clear space, or free up storage without clicking all day. FEATURES • Bulk / mass delete in batches — select everything in view or a fixed batch size, and it scrolls the grid to keep loading more • Dry run mode — selects and counts without deleting, so you can verify it works before committing • Live progress — deleted count, batch number, current phase and elapsed time • Stop button that halts immediately • Optional hard cap on how many items a single run may delete • Typed confirmation required before anything is deleted (on by default) • Works with the Archive view • Roughly 20 interface languages supported COMMON USES • Delete all Google Photos from an old or secondary account • Clear out thousands of old photos and videos to free up Google storage • Empty a shared or test account before handing it on • Remove large batches the web UI is too slow to select manually PRIVACY • No network requests. The extension never contacts any server, including ours — there isn't one. • No analytics, no telemetry, no local storage, no accounts. • No host permissions. It can only run on photos.google.com, and only after you click the toolbar button. • Nothing is collected, sold or transmitted. SAFETY • Deletions go to the Bin, not oblivion — recoverable for 30 days • The extension refuses to run on the Bin page, because deleting there is permanent • It only ever acts on the account already signed in to the tab you are using NOTE This is an unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Google Photos" is a trademark of Google LLC, used only to describe what the extension works with.
