The best price for sim racing gear across the shops Build My Rig tracks, right on the product page you are viewing. CATEGORY Shopping DESCRIPTION Build My Rig shows you where a piece of sim racing gear costs the least, right on the product page you are looking at. Open a wheelbase, a wheel, pedals, a cockpit or an accessory in one of the European and North American sim racing shops Build My Rig tracks: a compact panel in a corner of the page shows • the best price in stock, in your currency with your country's VAT, exactly as buildmyrig.gg shows it (the country comes from your IP address, else your browser language; change it in the extension's menu, and include shipping estimated for your country there) • how much you save compared with the shop you are on, or that this shop is out of stock • every offer, cheapest first, with its stock, delivery region and the shop's discount code • the price drop and lowest-ever badges of buildmyrig.gg • the price history over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months: the best price among the shops that deliver to you and the price at the shop you are on, on one chart • the refurbished, B-stock, open-box or used units the shops have in stock, with their saving against new, as on the product's page on buildmyrig.gg On a product only one of the tracked shops sells, the panel shows that shop's price and its history, with no other offer. A product recognised wrongly, a wrong price or stock? The panel's "Report a mistake" button tells us: you pick what is wrong, add a word if you like, and nothing leaves until you press Send. The panel always shows at the same place, bottom right or wherever you dragged it; where it would cover the shop's buy button, it opens folded into its pill. It folds into a small pill in one click, and you can hide it on a page, for 24 hours, or until you turn it back on. On a page with no known product, it shows nothing. Privacy: only on the shops Build My Rig tracks, and only on a product page, the extension sends buildmyrig.gg the address of that page (without its tracking parameters), your browser language and, if you picked them, the country for prices and prices with shipping. Without a picked country, the country of your IP address prices them, as on a first visit to buildmyrig.gg. Once a day it also downloads from buildmyrig.gg the list of the shops compared, a request that sends nothing else; when Build My Rig adds a shop, the extension's menu offers to turn it on, and Chrome asks you first. Like any web request, it reaches our server with your IP address and your browser's user agent, which the server logs keep for 90 days. If you report a mistake, and only when you press Send, it also sends the product shown, the reason you picked, your comment if you wrote one, its version, its language and the country for prices; they reach us by email. It sends no page content, no other page or site you visit, no cookie and no identifier, and needs no account. Details: https://buildmyrig.gg/politique-de-confidentialite#extension Right after installation, the extension opens buildmyrig.gg once to confirm it is installed and show how to pin it. On buildmyrig.gg itself, it only marks the page with its version number, so the site stops suggesting it; it reads nothing there. Affiliate links: the offers of the other shops may go through affiliate links. Build My Rig may earn a commission when you buy; your price does not change. The shop you are already on never gets an affiliate link from the extension, unless it gives a discount code. No shop pays to appear or to rank higher. Build My Rig (buildmyrig.gg) compares sim racing prices across European and North American shops, and helps you plan and share your rig.
