Estimates what a poe.ninja build costs, using poe.ninja's public economy API and the official trade site.

See what a Path of Exile build actually costs, without leaving poe.ninja. Open any character page on poe.ninja and press the button in the bottom right corner. A price appears on every item in the build, and a side panel adds them all up. HOW IT WORKS Two passes. The first is instant: poe.ninja's published economy prices, which cover uniques, gems and currency. The second takes two to six minutes and fills in as it goes. That second pass is the hard part and the reason this exists. Rare items have random modifiers, so there is no published price for them anywhere — nobody is selling that exact pair of boots. The extension builds a search on the official trade site from the item's own modifiers and reports what comparable items are going for. You can keep browsing while it runs, pause it, or stop it and keep what has arrived. WHY YOU MIGHT WANT IT Because "can I afford this build?" is the question poe.ninja does not answer. Every price links back to the exact trade search behind it, so you can check any number yourself, and the panel breaks the total down by slot so you can see which single item is 60% of the cost. Results are cached for two hours, so reopening the same build is free. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO The total is deliberately labelled a MINIMUM. Only what can be valued is counted, and items priced from a partial match are marked with a ≥ to say so. It is an estimate built from comparable listings, not a valuation. The trade pass is not instant and cannot be. It is paced to stay inside Grinding Gear Games' published rate limits, and it deliberately leaves part of your allowance free so your own trade searches keep working. PRIVACY No account, no login, no data collection. Nothing is sent anywhere. It reads what the poe.ninja page has already loaded and queries two public APIs.
