Buggake is a lightweight bug-reporting companion for QA testers, designers, and developers working with Jira Cloud. Capture what you see, jot a quick note, let AI polish it, and post the whole batch as a single, beautifully formatted comment - with attachments embedded inline. What you can capture Viewport - full-tab screenshot, with device + viewport size burned into the corner so reviewers know exactly what was on screen. Region - drag a rectangle on the page and crop just what matters. Tab recording - up to 60 seconds of the active tab with audio. Text only - just a note + URL, no media required. Smart workflow Stay on the ticket you're testing - Drafts auto-save per task, allowing you to switch between tickets without losing work. Picked the wrong ticket? - "Change task" moves all your drafts to the right one. Intelligent defaults - Issue type defaults intelligently from the task name (FE -> Visual, BE -> Functional). Quick capture - Capture directly from the page right-click menu without opening the popup. AI refinement Powered by Google Gemini - Polishes your raw note into a clear, professional bug description without inventing details or padding short notes. Clean Jira output Organized comments - One comment per session, attachments inline, page URL + device info per bug, separated cleanly. Visual tagging - Each bug is tagged by type with an emoji: 🐛 Functional, 🎨 Visual, 💡 Idea, ⚪ Other. Privacy Local storage only - Your Jira credentials, Gemini API key, and drafts live only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to any third-party server other than Jira and Gemini directly. Requirements A Jira Cloud account with an API token. A free Google AI Studio (Gemini) API key.
