Loads videos on background to prevent buffering issues when using weak internet connection. Allows 3 options of: 1. Do nothing 2. Buffer while active (prevents watching the video till fully buffered) 3. Buffer while inactive (loads video while the tab is inactive) Might not work on a large videos, depends on Google Chrome's settings
