See what you can build on any property page — and act on it without leaving the tab.

Bucky reads the property on the page you are looking at and shows what you can build on it — lot area, zone, permitted uses and a sourced buildable envelope — in Chrome's side panel, beside the listing. It works on any page that shows a property address — a residential or commercial listing, a brokerage or developer site, a municipal parcel viewer, or a planning document. Click the Bucky icon, press Alt+Shift+B, or right-click and choose Look up this page. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH A SITE • Add it to a project, or start a new one • Run a site feasibility, zoning or development-potential analysis • Line several sites up side by side and compare lot, zone, envelope and height • Ask Bucky a question about the page you are reading • Save a quoted passage of a by-law or planning document as a project source • See "Already in Bucky" when you land on a property you have looked at before EVERY NUMBER IS SOURCED Each card names the dataset it came from and the date it was retrieved, and says whether the figure is cited or defaulted. Where a city is not yet live, Bucky places the address and tells you so instead of guessing. IT ONLY READS A PAGE WHEN YOU ASK Bucky has no background access to your browsing. It reads the tab only when you invoke it, and it cannot read a tab you have not invoked it on. Listing-site overlays are optional and requested separately, when you turn them on. Before an Ask Bucky question is sent, the panel shows you exactly what page context goes with it. Bucky never uploads listing photos, prices, agent names or page HTML. ACCOUNT A sourced snapshot works without an account, subject to a daily limit. Sign in with your Bucky account to save sites, run analyses and ask questions.
