This extension helps you analyze your real estate deals (currently supporting BRRRR and Fix & Flips only) directly on the Zillow browser with its easy and intuitive: - Built-in calculator both for refinance and cash flow analysis that will easily help you calculate your bottom line. - Comps searchability function that allows you to see all comparable properties on a map with zoom in/zoom out functions within your desired time frame and distance range. This feature will show you not only sold comparables but also rent comparables for your property of interest, allowing you to select and unselect the appropriate properties. - Capability to quickly see photos to assess condition of each comparable property.
