Hi Maxim, The permission "reading browsing history" stands to the "tabs" permission, that is only needed to open the plugin itself in within a tab. To avoid confusions Google added the "activeTab" permission for that specific pourpose, I'm going to update the plugin to use it instead. About the "modifying analytics data", yes it has been added to get information about the plugin usage (only action events) in order help making decisions to improve the plugin.
