Browser Survivors
Overview
A tiny survival roguelite game inside your Chrome toolbar.
Browser Survivors is a pocket-sized survival roguelite that lives entirely inside your Chrome toolbar popup. Inspired by classics like Vampire Survivors, it packs endless waves of enemies, weapon evolutions, permanent upgrades, and procedurally generated pixel art and sound into a single lightweight extension — no downloads, no accounts, no tracking. FEATURES • Endless waves of enemies that scale over time, plus recurring mini-bosses • 5 unique weapons with evolution paths, and 8 passive items to combine • Move with WASD/arrow keys or simply click where you want to go • Explore a scrolling world full of trees to dodge and treasure chests to loot • Earn coins to buy permanent upgrades between runs • 14 achievements to unlock • A fast 3-minute "Focus Mode" for quick breaks, with 10x enemy density • Auto-saves your run — close the popup and pick up exactly where you left off • All graphics and sound are generated procedurally in code — nothing downloaded • 100% offline. No data is ever collected or transmitted. HOW TO PLAY Click the extension icon to open the game. Survive as long as you can, collect XP gems to level up, and choose from random upgrade cards each time you level up. Spend coins earned during runs on permanent upgrades from the main menu. Browser Survivors is built with TypeScript and Canvas 2D — light enough to run smoothly in a tiny popup window, but packed with the depth of a full survival roguelite.
