Browser Connection Status
Overview
Shows IPv4/IPv6, HTTP version, and proxy mode for the current tab's main document.
Browser Connection Status (Brocs) shows how the current website is connected to your browser. The extension displays the connection status directly on its toolbar button: • IPv4 or IPv6 • HTTP/1.0, HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 • Direct, fixed proxy, or automatic/system proxy mode Hover over the Brocs icon to see additional connection details, including the remote IP address, HTTP protocol, transport information and proxy mode. Brocs analyzes only the main document of the current tab, so the displayed status represents the connection used to load the website itself rather than images, scripts or other third-party resources. Brocs works entirely inside the browser. It does not send browsing history, URLs, IP addresses, proxy settings or other browsing information to external servers. No accounts, telemetry or external services are used.
