Browser Buster

Constrained browser agent that plans, clicks, and types from a side panel.

Browser Buster is an experimental browser-agent extension. You describe a task in the side panel. It observes the page, chooses constrained actions, and executes them in your browser. It runs locally as a Chromium extension. Model requests go through Vercel AI Gateway with the key you save in Settings. There is no Browser Buster application backend. This is an early preview. Expect bugs and incomplete tasks. Supervise browser actions, especially on signed-in sites. KEY FEATURES • Side panel chat for browser tasks and follow-up questions. • Constrained actions: read the page, click, type, scroll, navigate, and manage tabs. • fx + Jev engine by default, or Classic in advanced settings. • Optional background tab behavior so you can keep browsing while a task runs. • On-page overlay with Stop and Take over while a task is active. • Local chat history, settings, and diagnostic log export. HOW IT WORKS 1. Load the extension and open the Browser Buster side panel. 2. Paste your Vercel AI Gateway API key in Settings and save it. 3. Start on the tab it should use, then describe the task. 4. Review progress, approvals, and the result. Stop or Take over cancels the run; it does not undo completed actions. PRIVACY Browser Buster is not an offline assistant. Page text, element labels, relevant field values, task history, and your messages may be sent to Vercel AI Gateway and its selected model providers. The Gateway key, chats, and diagnostic events stay in this browser profile. The key is not an encrypted vault.
