Brolli AI — AI Adoption Tracker
Overview
Tracks which AI tools your organization uses and for how long. Never captures content.
Brolli AI gives organisations visibility and governance over employee AI tool adoption -- without capturing content, keystrokes, or browsing history. The extension detects when employees visit any of 33+ known AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, and more) and reports usage duration to an admin dashboard. Employees are identified by salted hash only -- never by raw email. Features: - AI tool detection across 33+ platforms with automatic categorisation - Three-tier governance: Approved (green), Caution (amber), Blocked (red) - Caution nudge with policy questionnaire before employees proceed - Block page preventing access to restricted tools - Floating status indicator showing governance tier on active pages - Usage analytics dashboard with executive and compliance insights - Per-organisation API key isolation and role-based access control - Enterprise deployment via Group Policy, Google Admin, Intune, or Jamf - Australian-hosted infrastructure (AWS Sydney) -- all data stays onshore Built for IT governance teams, CISOs, and compliance officers who need to understand and manage AI tool sprawl without compromising employee privacy.
